Returns We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@storetwh.com. If your return is accepted, we'll confirm the return address and next steps by email. Please note that return shipping is the customer's responsibility — you'll need to arrange and pay for postage yourself. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@storetwh.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it's been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
